Love the channel, and have just watched you latest live episode.

In this episode you address comments about 'content not like it use to be'.  In the majority I agree with your view that it hasn't really, and perhaps in a lot of cases, as new fans have started to embrace you, they binge on your back catalog, cherry picking their interests, which also skews their perception.

However, I do believe you do less fundamental tutorials.  You previously had 'Mailbag Monday', 'Teardown Tuesday' and 'Fundamentals Friday'.  Despite the fact that  I also agree that removing the regularity naming in the title of these segments, in order not to cause you to have to routine the channel, or give false promises is also a good idea, it denotes the level of routine coverage for these segments.  You still have a regular mailbag segment, as well as teadowns left right and centre (which i love BTW), but I cannot remember the last fundamentals episode.  Please, please, please, bring them back!

Dave's gift is his ability to be able to keep coming up with new ideas and keep the "creative spark" buzzing, avoiding things getting stale.    One characteristic of a creative mind is to want to keep experimenting, which is why creative people hate becoming trapped in a fixed format!

I am not sure asking Dave not to forget about his previous regular segment (like he does with other much enjoyed segments), constitutes asking him to go 'stale' and break his delicate creative mind - I am pretty sure his 'gift' can handle it.  It is just reading other comments, there are many of us that enjoy that segment, and would like to Dave to know that would would love to see more of them, if he is up for it.  End of day, his BBQ, his choice!
