It happens.

Not everybody actually reads a whole thread before posting.  Many who encounter a post that makes them want to make a point don't read the following posts to see if it has already been made.

I did read the whole thread. Didn't find there it was said before

Low viscosity fluid works best for spray bottle, yet it will evaporate fast. The longer alcohol stay on your hands - the better chances it will actually do it's job. That's why most sanitisers usually are made as jelly so it will stay on your hands longer. Jelly obviously is not compatible with spray bottles. BTW ethanol evaporates faster than isopropyl.
Any easy recipe to make jelly one?

Finding what you said hadn't been said before was not the issue.

The issue was that what you said did not need to be said as it was irrelevant.  You may have glanced through the words, but you did not comprehend.
