How do I add an avatar?

I have clicked on every option in profile and home and settings. Can't seem to find it. Also this was as close to a site specific forum as I could find to post questions about the eevblog forum..

I think it is Profile Info and then Modify profile.

Hover over "Profile" (don't click) and a window will pop up.  One of the options in that window is "Forum profile".  Click on that.

For some reason the hover over function wasn't working until I restarted my browser. Strange I knew it was something simple
