I don't think it gives an accurate measurement by comparing the short circuit current. See for example this diagram:

It shows a straight line in a log-log diagram for light intensity and short circuit current. It looks like half the light results in less reduction than half the current. So if you are measuring only about 30% short circuit current, it would be much less than 30% light, which means it is even worse than 30% power reduction.

The sample you got there has become quite brown'ish. I'm guessing the transmissivity (is that a word?) was better when it was new.

The video is down. If you received the pieces shown to the other video, the pieces are degraded/dirty. Water ingression by the cracks? I seems to be more clear in other places.
