I'm not sure if this is the right forum section to post this but it feels like the closest one for this.
I've placed an order for µSleeve back in the start of october, but the item never arrived. In january I've tried contacting the store (email eevblog.official@... ) and asked if they know anything about the shipping, however I haven't received a response. Tried contacting them 2 more times (once to sales@... email), last one was sent in mid feburary, but none of them got a response. And yes, I did look up my SPAM folder.
The thing is I can accept that the item was lost in shipping and I am willing to pay again for the item, but I don't feel like going through this again if I can't even get a single response from the store.
Has anyone else experienced this?
