Problem with an order from EEVblog store

I'm not sure if this is the right forum section to post this but it feels like the closest one for this.

I've placed an order for ┬ÁSleeve back in the start of october, but the item never arrived. In january I've tried contacting the store (email eevblog.official@... ) and asked if they know anything about the shipping, however I haven't received a response. Tried contacting them 2 more times (once to sales@... email), last one was sent in mid feburary, but none of them got a response. And yes, I did look up my SPAM folder.

The thing is I can accept that the item was lost in shipping and I am willing to pay again for the item, but I don't feel like going through this again if I can't even get a single response from the store.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you ever get a "EEVBlog shipment dispatched" message? It has a tracking number.
There has been at least two or three orders now where dave said he never got the order, so, same thing might have happened here.

No I did get that confirmation email, but I didn't get the tracking information since I've selected the free shipping option.

Does it have any information at all?
Odd as I recall getting free/cheap shipping as well but it still had a tracking number (DHL eCommerce). But might depend on the country.

When I ordered upon entering my location under shipping calculator I got 2 options to choose from, DHL shipping that costs the same as the item or free shipping without the tracking number. I naturally selected the free shipping as I wasn't in a hurry to get it.
Now that I read the dispatch email carefully I notice something weird about it:
"
Our Reference: *****(no idea if I can share this)

Your Reference:

Carrier: Plain Label
(Australia Post for within Australia)

Carrier's Reference: POSTAL MAIL. NO TRACKING

Tracking Url:
"

Under carrier it says "Australia Post for within Australia", maybe that's the reason I couldn't get the item? But once ordering I didn't get any warning message.

OK now I see they just offer DHL express and free shipping. I can't recall if DHL eCommerce was actually an option.

Australia post site just says "25+ days" to Slovenia.

How many did you order?

I guess 25+ days could technically mean it'll arrive sometime between 25days and never  ;D

I've ordered just one, which is why at the time I couldn't justify paying another 25aud for shipping, but looking at it in hindsight, there would be a higher chance of it being delivered if I did.

That's alright, thank you for the offer though.
I just wanted to see if anyone else here might have the same issue either by not recieving free shipping outside of Australia or not being able to reach store support within 3 months. What I'd like to know from them whether it's my screwup for not selecting DHL, postal screwup (mail being lost) or if for some reason mail got bounced back.
As I've seen recently how big this community is I guess the team at EEVblog must be pretty overwhelmed already.

The uSleeve is shipped by regular letter mail, there is no way to track it.
A few do go missing or take forever to get there in the current climate, but it's not that common.
Happy to refund you.

I do have plans on using the uSleeve, so I guess I'll probably just order another one. Not yet sure if to risk the free shipping again or to treat myself with a tracking number ;D

If it didn't make it there in 6 months I wonder order another one by the same letter mail system!
But DHL is pretty uneconomical I'm afraid.

Thanks for the advice, decided to just go with it and order another one with the same mail system.
Hopefully this time it'll reach me  ;D
