Answering another viewer question. Can we identify or find an alternative for this SMD part?

I have only seen some parts of Diodes with such a marking pattern, 5 alphanumerics, no other elements, not even the dot for pin 1.

Maybe a factory production device? For example Ricoh has this dc/dc (SMD code ending at 3q)

3Q   R1210N231A   Ric   SOT-23-5   PWM step-up, 2.3V, 35..100kHz

Found via this SMD markings code site: http://www.smdmarkingcodes.com/Index/search?p=2&xuanze=1&markingcode=3q&baohan=2&fenzuan=0

It looks like they use a 4 digit code: https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/216239/RICOH/R1210N231A.html

But there are so many datasheets that don't even mention a package marking at all. Or custom code for automotive, who knows.

Hello,
I read from the original tweet that the ic could be identified. But, for my curiosity, what is the part number?

They did not say it could be identified, just "figured it out" with Daves help, so presumably what replacement part could be installed.
