I'm looking for the original of the shown schematic (drawn by "phoenix"?), where to find? and I'm interested in the circuit topology of the 3 phase versions of the same inverter series - in particular the three phase load part. I'd need to now if it can operate 100% unbalanced e.g. a fully loaded single phase only? r |

There have been a few reports of Deye Inverters that were remotely disabled in the US and UK. Deye confirmed that they did this, as they should not have been sold in the US and are not UL certified. So they contain a remote kill switch... |

Yeah I was pretty curious about these units with Dave's teardown, but no more interest with that kind of "feature". There used to be some local manufacturers of large inverter systems in Sydney, using big low frequency transformers. But it looks like they don't make them anymore. Bummer. |

Not directly due to UL certification, I don't think. If you want to import your own non-UL certified products for personal use, I think you are free to. |
