Great video Dave and thought provoking as usual. I have just tried to measure my anti-static mat and some of those anti-stat bags, the grey ones. I used a megger meter at a thousand volts got no reading at all even on the bags it was only when I ghot the probes to within half a milli meter that tracking across the surface occurred.
