Dave, just a couple of thoughts -

1) Settling time will affect the sweep rate you want, especially at low f filters. So use of
low sweep rate and infinite persistence, maybe single shot, best approach to getting an
accurate bode plot.

2) Use of waveform math on vertical, like 20 * log (Vin_scope) will get a db display for the
sweep.
