Hi, Marconi had a meter, which was obviously from the same stable, that was marked as coming from the pre-Berlin Wall teardown of Eastern Europe (Poland, I think). As they had a low voltage (3mV) AC range we used them in the 80's to check metal detectors. While the flux residue is a shame, the components you showed are from that era and possibly of a Soviet influence. Cheers - Joe
