I dont particarly now how iTunes fetches it's content, but you might consider checking your own software first because it's on the RSS feed:

Oddly it's listed on the feed I use, but it's not actually showing up in Miro.

Indeed, I do see the post in my RSS reader (not itunes), but it doesn't show the attached video file (it does for the other posts).
