When i watched this video, it was at 6 views and there was one dislike already but no likes...
Yep. Dave has a load of Youtube "followers" who instantly dislike all his videos as soon as he posts them.
Wow, I didn't know Dave was going to do react videos now!
If you got a kick out of that, you'll enjoy this.
I'll just leave the pictures here and no explaining necessary.
Talk about poor customer service...you can’t even contact them! AlI I got was the following reply when I tried to contact them: “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”
Obviously they forgot to wipe their modem this month and as such it is clogged with emails. Duh!
This is not funny since someone can buy it. If this is real, we cannot judge buyers with their lack of knowledge. Imagine a older relative buying this thing and show it to you their new way to save energy. "Hey soon!!! look what i got on ebay.". The world is full of "foolers people".
I wasn't familiar with the terms 'single phrase' and 'three phrase' as on the website. I took to Facebook for an answer...

..so that clears that up.

I did show the video to my mother, and she liked Dave, she sayid he's a funny guy, and that he's right to show this kind of absurdity, so people don't fall for it, she asked me to send greetings to Dave lol

Yep, it's true. When you get big enough that comes with the territory.

I actually considered starting an EEVreact channel!
It might work by removing the dust/dirt from your panel which will help it run cooler therefore reducing the resistance of the wires.
I accidentally mistook one of the Z-Energia satchels for an alcohol wipe and cleaned a cut with it, now I keep getting struck by lightning, 0/10 would not buy again
If i use it to wipe my rear, would it promote better Chi circulation in my body?
Left to right swipe may be difficult, i will go with South-North motion.
Everyone knows the proper wiping direction is front to back!
I'm tempted to buy a pack just so I can see what will happen if I wipe the breaker box in a circular motion, black hole or tornado?
If your motion is reinforced by the Coriolis effect, you would be heading down the black hole path ... but it would need some vigorous rubbing.
If your motion is in opposition to the Coriolis effect, then you would be heading down the weather path. Again the limiting condition of a tornado would require some vigorous rubbing.
Dave, as usual a hilarious video.

I can't believe they are selling this crap. Then again, auto dealers are still selling "rust inhibitor" devices with a straight face that are nothing but complete bullsh!t and charging hundreds of dollars.
I know all of us here on EEVBlog are laughing at this silly product and can't believe people would be stupid enough to believe wiping your electric panel would do anything but clean the dust off of it. Perhaps while you clean the panel, you accidentally turn off a few breakers, thus reducing your electrical usage.

These products pander to the masses and priced at that level where they figure people will take a risk, even if they doubt it will work. There are so many products like this out there, it is sadly a well developed business model. At least the "placebo"-related products provide some psychological benefit to those being tricked.... but I cannot see how this wipe can even trick someone into using electricity less.
UPDATE:Z-Energeia have contacted me and offered to send me samples to try for myself and evaluate.
Your expertise and know how of

absolute and it is not a shonky item.
Half of me wants to bust this stupid thing right open just for fun.
The other half of me knows I'm being trolled and it is a complete waste of my time and I should not give them any further oxygen.
It's like testing those rocks you put on your audio cables to make them sound better, or debating creationists. They are so absurd that they don't deserve to be even further acknowledged.
To quote Rochard Dawkins (who quoted someone else I think) "It would look great on their resume, but not on mine.
What say you?
I would stay away from that stuff, and not giving them more publicity
Yeah, I mean next thing you know you will see "As seen on EEVBlog"
From what I've seen, people in Southeast Asia are on average more likely to believe in this sort of magic woo, and may be less knowledgeable about how electricity works in general than Europeans and North Americans. That's why these and other useless gadgets like those tiny PFC boxes proliferate over there.
Dave... if you don't test it, they will say you are afraid to be proven wrong. If you do test it, they will get more publicity and waste your time. As someone before said, they may even add "as seen/tested on EEVBlog" on their packaging. I say call their bluff, get some of the wipes but don't make any more reference to them at all in the videos (don't give them any more free publicity). Use them randomly in your videos to wipe stuff around the lab... We will all get a laugh from the inside joke. Or even better... During mailbag when you get some more shonky products, you should immediately wipe them and see how it magically improves the shonkiness of the devices!

My initial reaction also.

I like the way this Loonie thinks....

That would be funny, but it would also make me a douche.
It's only my personal opinion, but you should let it die as it deserves

I see what you did there.... "douche".... a cleansing product.... the wipe...
