This "system" is so unbalanced. It isn't going to stop until these big companies are significantly financially penalized for these bogus copyright claims.

There is one but unless you've got lots of cash + time to spare then it just isn't worth fighting it in the majority of cases.

This is insane. If "copyright theft" is a real thing, this is it. A third party has claimed sole (youtube) distribution rights, preventing even the creator from distributing their own content...
