How hard would it be to generate a radio signal to turn that electricity switch on during the day?

I guess it would be highly illegal to interfere with BBC Radio 4 (that's a sacred channel in the UK) but it could be a really small transmitter if it was next to the box.

Would make an interesting video but it's probably not Dave's thing.
