Hard to find survey link

I had to click around a little before I realized that I had to go to youtube to find the survey link.  Perhaps a link on the main page would be helpful?

Doh,  didn't even see the "News" option up there  :palm:

Don't worry, it is VERY easy to miss it.

I only randomly clicked the "News" recently, out of curiosity and don't usually look at it.
