Help,My RIGOL ds1052E can't connect to the computer anymore!

Help! First of all.thanks a lot to those who provided the approach to hach the rigol ds1052E.
After being hacked to DS1152E,it become really powerful,that I get a signal of seveal hundreds mhz via FFT translation.HOWEVER,after my rigol being hacked,it can not connect to the computer any more,neither via usb or serial port, I really what it to do acquisition with labview.
Who can give me a solution? My appreciation to you is beyond word.

this is quite odd. Are you sure its a fault with the rigol and not your drivers, cables, pc or terminal software?

have you tried a different computer?

of course, I have try almost every possible methods to make my rigol connect to computer again,but failed. UNLESS,I downgrade it to 2.02,and change its model back to DS1052E, then it can be connected again. It just upset me. it makes me diffcult to make choice,
for I really appreciate the higher bandwidth, but I need it communicate with my labview so that i can collect the data and do the analysis? I just don't know why,may be it can be tackled by modify some code in the firmware.

i could see rigol possibly changing the usb remote software to detect hacked units and refusing to work.  but i cant see why the serial would stop working

unless the serial and usb hardware is different on the new models.  but i would have expected others to have come across the issue too. and as far as i know, none have

have you done a recalibrate on the unit after the hack. Maybe that resets some of the communications stuff as well

have you reinstall the visa driver? and what's wrong with 2.02? hacked to ds1152e?

I have replied in the other thread, too, but just in case; my hacked DS1052E connects just fine.

When I got my new DS1052E, I had to go to the Utility menu then picked I/O Setup. I changed USB  to computer for the scope to work with my computer.

 Maybe it is set for PictBridge.

MY hardware version is 58. I have aready set it to computer mode. when my rigol scope plugged in USB, it just no reflection at all, even the "dingdong" sound of the window,
ALSO i recalibrate it for several times,but it still not work.
