Japicon, the knock off version of Jamicon, made by the workers using the finest salvaged components they can sweep off the floor, and lovingly hand painted value wise, as after all they sort by can size.

They are not the only one using that line and charging a premium.
Here is the box from my Corsair PSU.
And, no, I did not open it to check. I'll find out when it fails.
Since it is being used 24/7 at full capacity on my "Folding @ Home" dedicated machine, that might be sooner than later since it just replaced an Antec PSU.

swept off the floor is the premium brand, regular is straight from the trash

It is interesting but not new. Circa 2007~08 some motherboard brands advertised this very same thing. I have three or four Gigabyte motherboards from that era that have the suffix "UD" for ultra durable. Solid japanese capacitors.

Oh, the "whys" of the datasheets... The information is there not to be an axiomatic truth, but instead each speck of data must be slowly inhaled while carefully performing a deep search inside oneself to find the true metaphysical sense...

I can't see.

I'm building a PC for somebody else and it's all "Warranty void if removed" stickers.  :-//

Does it matter though? They're Japanese!

(OK, it wasn't really a "present" but it was Christmas and there was a huge box of new PC parts just sitting in the corner, so...   >:D )
