Dave Jones:
If I have a vintage Scope meter by Fluke or even a surplus Agilent U1604A for you to review and send back, then I might. These are slow digital oscilloscope, more like updated vintage graphical multimeter. The modern graphical oscilloscopes hand held range are by Hantek or Owon. You are open to review most instruments and gear useful for the home to research electronics. The handheld oscilloscope lost out to the smaller bench economical digital oscilloscope like the Rigol 1052e for less than half the price of a hand held oscilloscope graphical multimeter. Agilent and Fluke have multimeters that are almost to near the price of a hand held oscilloscope graphical multimeter. You might have remembered the Fluke graphical multimeter 860 series like the 867B. I do not have any of these different conceptual multimeters. Just before the Dot com era, Tektronix and Fluke made some innovative displays for multimeters like the Tekmeter with an LCD matrix display and low bandwidth oscilloscope, 1 MHz to 5 MHz at most. It is very good concept, but not very useful for me.
Thanks for showing us how cellar telephones are tested for EMC SAR, specific absorption rate in human tissue of electromagnetic compliance. I always wondered how my cellular telephone was tested to not harm my cranium, brain. The public still mistrust cellular and wi-fi products. Parents wants these products out of the school, for fear the electromagnetic radiation is harming them. My local high school has a cellular telephone tower on campus and there are parents that objects to that, because of the microwave radiation coming from that. The school earns money from leasing out the land for the cellular telephone tower.
The Australian salt water crocodile could swim to the sea of Japan from Australia. The Australian salt water crocodile are excellent swimmers. Many are extinct elsewhere, except Australia. There is something that makes Australia the most attractive place to swim in. I have not figured out why? There are a few saltwater crocodile attacks over the years as on this website:
http://ozmagic.homestead.com/australiancrocodileattacks.htmlCrocodiles are more closely related to birds and dinosaurs than their reptilian cousins like turtles and snakes. Crocodiles belong to a group, Archosaurs, diapsid skull amniotes, two holes on the side of the skull and comes from an egg on dry land. Crocodiles survived the permian triassic extinction, while more of the dinosaurs did not. Crocodile bites and some lucky even lets go their severely injured prey, but most crocodiles are persistent in eating their prey. Crocodile is smart and related to birds, egg laying, good mother behavior towards their young, nest, and an efficient four chambered heart. Turtles are not advanced, a three chambered heart. Ancient crocodiles swim the ocean. Once in awhile, an Australian saltwater crocodile is found as far as the sea of Japan. Archosauria is, "the ruling reptiles."
