There is going to be lovely bright daylight in the background or reflection instead of those led's in the ceiling.
I don't suppose you can do some live videos during the move? Oops silly me not possible.

Of course the most important question is .... Whats the new dumpster room look like ?  :D.

Sounds like the old one may need a few more empty bins very soon !.  :P
The odd multimeter or 2 or 3 or 4...or........can't remember !.

Once you get 3 monitors you can't go back. I love my setup and had to rearrange my home lab to support it. Looking forward to the dumpster diving announcement for Sydney based forum members :)

Sort and organize, hm?
My approach to it is to packetize stuff by default.
Every project gets it's own box.
Every topic gets it's own box.
Every part type gets it's own box.

Boxes range in size from "CF card holder" all the way to "try lifting that".
Do recommend, if you want to acquire a new good habit.

The EEVblog Lab is moving!

Hmm it seems the problem is too much bench space, too little storage for projects and way too much junk which needs to be chucked out. Dave, you are on the edge of becoming a hoarder  ;D

I like the system Artlav has posted. I have a similar system in place to stay sane.
There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.

As well as the containerisation of junk stuff, and the mandatory labeling (the number of times I have checked the same 3 tubs for something...!), I have strong feelings about colour coding if you can manage it.  A target with a known colour (or combination of colours) can be spotted at a distance or partially buried whereas labels might be inaccessible until some shifting/digging has been done.
