Well thanks to the recent changes in YT algor. I havent seen dave in months BUT

I do get to watch those amazing shorts, and no they are not ripping off tictok they are just seeing what would happen if you, downgrade to a camera phone in portrait, get rid of all the interesting editing and keep the unwanted bits, dumb it down and shorten it so that a dumb person gets a chance to click an advertiser while a person trying to educate themselves gets frustrated. I remember when this was all youtube was and luckily creators like dave came out and did long format and wasnt afraid to make content that has spooky intimidation words  and numbers in it. When smart phones came out I said "Amazing we will have the answer to every question instantly in our pocket, watch a high school dropout use wolfram alfa, there would no longer be dumb kids in school or getting lost or over paying for retail. I just finished a 160 hour long astronomy lecture on from a1st year astronomy course, did all the math, and learned WAYYY more then taking a semester at university.And yes we still have that but instead the Information super highway is loaded with alex jones excrement and fake penis enlargement pills, that you could yell were fake by using google. I would have hover cars and jet packs but,  I had eevblog while I sat in bed for 7 years eating pain meds and not being able to move.... Dave is like ausie super enthusiastic midwife.

Hope fully shorts will blow over like losing the thumb down. Thumbs down is how you purge the shit out to leave space for your good shows. I just make a list now and type in what I watch, but Im nor seeing any new content which was my favorite part.


But I digress. I have been watching youtube alot, but since mt lab is in storage I cant do projects or just be able to fix most anything for family friends, or profit.  electronics lab.

How are you taking the shorts dave? Just making a few with a sense of humor that link into long videos? Thats why I think I dont get your show I refuse to watch those bull shit shorts. HEY YOUTUBE:IF I WANT TO GO WATCH TICK TOK ILL WATCH TICKTOK

Ahah. Welcome to the wonderful world of social media.
Those shorts are a disgrace, yes YT introduced them to avoid losing too much market share to TikTok, and, as I've heard - to be confirmed by Youtubers or not - content creators get paid to post those shorts. At least that was the case when YT just introduced that feature as an incentive to attract them away from TikTok.

The bright side is that they are almost the epitome of bullshit trendy crap, and they are a decent way of witnessing how low at least part of our society has sunk.
