wind turbine roadways?

Has any one seen this. Turbines capturing energy from passing vehicles. May have some good thing going though like temp and gas monitoring?

We had this before under the dodgy .... topic.  AFAIR Dave even did a video on this.

There could a very few cases where is may make sense, e.g. to power something like remote wireless sensors that have no other supply. However this would be more very low power energy harvesting, not for low price of energy.
