What VA rating?
It's easy to make one with a couple of identical power transformers connected secondary to secondary, with mains in one primary and isolated mains out the other primary.
Was it really supposed to do that?

Transformers are heavy, its not worth shipping them.
Ask your question at any local electrician, he will have the answer.   :)

That will work but the efficiency and regulation will be severely reduced and the size doubled.

There were a lot of these used in TV Service companies over the years,so there should be quite a few floating around,if not in Ireland, maybe in the UK.
Many of the small TV Service companies have folded up or gone into other things.
Some may still have isolation transformers on a shelf somewhere, gathering dust.
Ask around locally.
If there used to be a TV repair shop in your area, you might get your hands on one cheaply.
