[WTB] Analog, 2 channels, 20MHz Scope
« on: June 11, 2015, 02:55:46 am »
Hello!

I'm a student, and i am setting up a lab. I have been looking for an oscilloscope so i don't have to go to the university every time i need to do measurements, but so far, what i've found is really out of my range. I am looking for an used scope, nothing fancy. if you have one, please let me know, and also if you ship to Colombia, or live here, that would be great!!  :D

Thank you!

Stay away from Amazon for a CRO, they only sell 10MHz 1 channel scopes for £100+!

hello!

thanks for replying!!

unfortunately the shipping cost is too high!!  :-\ ~100$ the thing is, i try to buy a scope here, but all of them are sold untested and all are final sales, and shipping them into the country costs way more than the scopes themselves!! grrr.

ooh, and yes, i was also looking on amazon, but all i can find is single channel.
thank you guys!

 :scared: i need a scope!!

I can tell you that the shipping cost from the UK is about $300, so pointless us helping from this side of the pond.

Hi! i really don't know too much about USB scopes, but right now, since i can't find a realiable one in my country, and international shipping costs too much, i think an usb one is not that bad of a choice?

thank you! tyguy2!

Like tyguy2 said a usb scope would be pretty nice.
Hantek has some really nice one  here is one with 20mhz + 16ch logic analyzer.
and for about 90$ this probabaly the best u can get with free shipping.
There is even a 20mhz one without the logic analyzer ITS ONLY 30$ less.

90$ scope.

62$ scope.

Read the 6022be thread, before you decide. I like my USB Scope, but it is different to a analog scope. Depends in what you want to do with it.

I would just look up reviews of the scope, see what the internet says.  :-+

Abe isn't really as Internet savvy as he pretends.

Hi!

This page should give you  some impression:

https://www.eevblog.com/forum/testgear/hantek-6022be-20mhz-usb-dso/105/

Another  problem  might be the update frequency of the screen. Depends in your computer, graphics card and driver. I've got the worst combination here,  I guess...
There are some YouTube videos, to give you an impression.
