If you search Amazon, there is one for $99 out of California. (search from low to high price). It works ok. Definitely not precision adjustments, but works with default dimension JLCPCB stencils if you orient them long-dimension inserted into the clamping bracket. This assumes that your paste area is contained within the table size (300x240mm). You have to fix your own brackets to hold the pcb in the correct position on the table. Once you get the table oriented correctly and locked down, it seems to do a good job on repeatability. It also features an adjustable counter weight that can allow for keeping the stencil in up or down position as desired. If I wasn't really watching cash lately, I probably would have gone for something higher-end, but not unhappy with the purchase.
