A proper mad bit of equipment. Anything with a 0-20pA range with 5.5 digit resolution is a bit mental (that's 0.1fA resolution). Input impedance of 200T ohms on the voltage range is quite impressive too! Oh and a 200G ohm range so you can measure the resistance of really stubborn things. Charge measurement mode so you can count individual electrons as well.

Worth reading the data sheet just for a laugh:

It's just been refurbished by Keithley, looks absolutely as new and was calibrated a few days ago (certificates and box included). List price is £4530+VAT, I'm looking for £1500+VAT £1400+VAT. It really is 'as new'. Keithley warranty until 30-Aug-2014.

Will ship anywhere, £10 UK, £25 most parts of Europe, £50 rest of world. There's no VAT to pay if you're outside the EU or if you're VAT registered in the EU.

It is very tempting - counting electrons sounds fun, but unfortunately though a relative bargain it is still an expensive piece of kit that would require serious applications to justify it.

Wow! I would love to count electrons!  :-DD
I'm not saying we should kill all stupid people. I'm just saying that we should remove all product safety labels and let natural selection do its work.

Price dropped to £1400+VAT. Need to shift it to make way for more stuff.
