Wanted program "LDCODE.EXE" for calibrate INSTEK GSP-827 and password

Hi everybody.
I´m looking for a SW tool "LDCODE.EXE" and PWD for calibrate mi INSTEK GSP-827. Unfortunately the service manuals describe the procedure and the service support from Instek does not respond me.

Here are the excerpt from the GSP-827 service manual:

6.1 Calibration start
6.1.1 Enter Calibration mode
Press “Calibrate” function key and password to enter calibration mode. The
password is xxxxx that is also valid for “System Maintenance”. Please contact your
agent for the password.
Calibrate >> IF GainFine >> x x x x x Enter

I also have GSP-827 and it needs some adjustment.

rename bmp to exe
