[Wanted] Giveaway or cheap oscilloscope

Hello,

I am about to finish making my small humble product which needs measuring noise and ripple. I don't want to spend a lot of money at this point so I am seeking a scope giveaway or cheap offer. My budget is 150$ and can be boosted to 200$. It should include the scope price + shipping to Jordan (any slow and cheap method is ok).

My other option is to get OWON-VDS1022I for about 145$ delivered and including customs as well, but I thought maybe someone is willing to give away a better digital scope to me.

You could check out the OWON HDS242 or Hantek 2C42.
Or some of the ~70$ "100MHz" single channel scopes (Fnirsi etc.).

those can be last resort but now I think I can get better. the isolated Owon I linked is better choice than those 2 and similar price.

I just hope someone can giveaway or sell a cheap one.

It's the shipping to Jordan that is probably the biggest issue. I don't know know how much it costs to ship there from other parts of the world but the sort of oscilloscope that you are likely to find within your budget would probably cost more than the entire budget just to ship from the US.

I know it is the shipping, but I figured if the seller wants little money or a giveaway then even if shipping is expensive it would still be a bargain. I just want to see some offers.

Man get the owon on that budget. I got one on my bench and its my go-to for quick stuff. Very accurate for what it does and they are still actively developing the software.

is it good for low noise stuff like measuring power supply noise and ripple? like below 5 mv p-p?

for 230$ delivered without import charges similar to the owon one, but other scopes have import charges and significantly more expensive shipping.

so the owon one is 145$ delivered while this bench one is 230$ delivered. If the bench one is good enough then I can tolerate this price for sure. There is also Hantek DSO2D10 for about the same but better vertical sensitivity.


EDIT: OWON SDS1104 seems to be also without shipping fees and it is 4 channels!

Not a good choice if you need to see 5mVpp.

Edit: that sensitivity is for the Yeapook.

Yeah dont think I'd touch "yeapook". But adding in a low noise amplifier is always an option.

the OWON ships to Jordan no problem. It has no additional import charges.

I contacted Owon seller on Amazon and they reported that they don't pay customs fees, therefore I will be paying them myself which is exactly what I didn't want in the first place.

I went to see the Rigol DS1054Z but it is unavailable right now, except from a third-party seller which won't deal with customs fees... so this is a no go for now.

The other one available with customs taken care of is Siglent SDS1104X-U which is 400$ alone, 685$ full with customs and shipping.

Right now, I will wait for Rigol to be available but also my choice for the time being maybe just OWON-VDS1022I which is 145$ or so fully taken care of and delivered.

All of this unless someone offered a cheaper alternative as requested.

I have purchased OWON VDS1022I from Amazon.

It has 5mV\div sensitivity which is good enough for measuring power supply ripple and noise, and will upgrade to a bench scope in the future.
