[WTB in EU] HV power supply (3-10kV)

If someone wants to get rid in Europe of a HV lab power supply in the range 3..10kV, linear (not switched like electrophoresis or modular units) let me know, I may be interested....

I have 2 Spellman/Bertan 10KV power supplies : switching system but specs better than 410 Fluke...

Hmmm, ripple is what I'd like to have low. 500mV ripple vs 1mV rms for the 410B. Nothing can beat the tubes/oil transformer of the 410B

Main problem :410B doesn't support shorts. Tube is internaly arcing and after some shorts is dead. The 4-65A serie regulator tube is operating at 3 or 4 times its absolute manufacturer limit . 3 NOS tubes have blown  after instalation even after 24H filament heater warm up without THT and my two 410B ended in the litter bin (they never meet the ripple specs... even with the original tube).
