I'm tempted but given what the last lot went for I think the final price will be about twice what I'd be willing to chance on them.

They will do 6.5 digit but at 6.4s per reading which is a bit slow, even at 5.5 digit resolution they are 400ms per reading - though to be fair a HP 3478A with a 50Hz mains supply and autozero on is even slower at over 500ms per reading:)
