A123 DC9280 28 volt packs and individual cells for sale

I have DeWALT DC9280 28v packs that I am selling either as working packs, groups of 8 cells extracted from the packs or individual cells with tabs attached (you just solder to them).  I 100% test individual cells I sell (and groups of up to 8 cells) and charge/discharge the packs (but not the ones still in retail packaging) before shipping to assure no DOA.  The packs are $70 plus $10 shipping to anywhere in the USA (only $5 shipping for each additional pack).  Individual cells are $8 each (I have about 200 of them to sell).  Shipping varies depending on quantity so ask for a quote.  For now, USA sales only but I will consider shipping internationally if your country supports Paypal (for a higher shipping fee).
