[SOLD] Agilent 33220A, Arbitrary Waveform Generator, (needs repair)

I tried to repair this great Agilent 33220A Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator

Error message: "Reference phase-lock loop is UNLOCKED"
Error code: 606

It seems the U501 (FPGA) is bad and needs to be replaced.
I do not have the tools nor have I ever replaced an FPGA and there are probably plenty of people here, who can do this.
And may be it is NOT the FPGA, as was suggested.

The condition from the outside is "like new", no damage no scratches  It seems it was calibrated in 2014
No paperwork but user manual and service manuals are easily downloaded.
