does anyone knows of a trusted shop/seller that provides the gwinstek SFG-1003 with warranty in europe?

Ask shirley_chen@goodwill.com.tw for a list of distributors. But be aware that GW Instek has no own European presence. The don't have an own European subsidiary and from sad experience I can tell you that their ability to provide service in Europe is very limited. They expect distributors to do this, but those lack the competence, including the competence to pick up the phone ..., and those even lack spare parts to provide service.

You might as well buy from eBay or a non-authorized distributor.
