Marconi 6500 Automatic Network Amplitude Analyzer with 3 sensors (which have sequential Serial Nos). Also Marconi 6311 Sweep Generator is available.
I can only see three problems. Only amplitude, not vector, Green phosphor CRT and I’m no longer in Europe! Happy hunting.

Would a NanoVNA (v2) suffice? I don't have one for sale, but you can get them new and still slash a zero from your price target. 50 Ohm? Check. 3 GHz? Check. No CRT either. ;)

In a forum thread somebody mentioned the LibreVNA as a step up from the NanoVNA.

Alternatively you could look at a base station analyser like the JDSU 745A / 745B and similar models but these might not have all the VNA features you are looking for. A 'real' VNA starts at 4k to 5k euro on the used market and then you are still stuck with a unit that is quite old.

There are small lies, big lies and then there is what is on the screen of your oscilloscope.

You're right, these are old devices. I have old R&S FSEA30 and SME03,
they work perfectly.
I know that the prices are around 4,000, 5,000 Euro, but there are also prices for 2,000 to 2,500 Euro.
I hope that Maybe I'll be lucky?
Eventually I will buy LibreVNA.
Regards
