Buy / Sell / Wanted rules
Simon:
If you are wanting to buy then not as much of a problem as selling, people tend to register then dump ebay links. If you are buying the stuff you must know enough to help someone out, people here are interested in all sorts.

Yet it is the only country in the world to which I will ship, and I doubt that I am alone in that practice. Even more emphatically, the only country in the world to which I will send or transfer money since I expect an assurance of receiving goods in return :)
And even in this world where everyone has a grudge, and everyone is somehow manages to be offended by life and reality, why should a US buyer need to do conversions? A seller prospers by accommodating the buying public, and something tells me that a goodly chunk of the sales on this site are made to US buyers, so it seems just good marketing practice to pitch one's goods priced in the currency of probably the majority of buyers.
Just sayin' :) I really don't care, because as I said, I do not buy from overseas individual vendors.

why you dont stick to ebay.com.us? i think most US members here will look over there if to buy/sell something. but if you have plenty of time updating stocks in here and on ebay... if you want to make a buy/sell post, i suggest make sure you include #USA ONLY in the title because we dont want to waste time reading nostalgic story just to figure out in the end we cant buy/sell from/to you, worst if we have to PM you in hope. otherwise you are the kind of people we tend to ignore buy/sell/wanted section and miss the posts from who are willing to ship worldwide. i bought few items from this forum from your nearby place too, but mostly from ebay, the first thing i will look is if they ship internationally or not. if not, i wont bother to read item's description.

I do - all my online sales are on ebay.com - here in the US we do not have to add the .US
My purchases are from US based companies only, regardless of the initial source of the goods. The last time I bought overseas was a multi-pallet Fluke 9010A in 2006; it went well, and I figured I would quit whilst I was ahead :)
if you want to make a buy/sell post, i suggest make sure you include #USA ONLY in the title
Very good point thank you.

I have tried to post a few things in the past couple of weeks. They have not appeared yet. Can you tell me why?
Thank you.
