This company is a partner of one of my clients, as for pricing for small prototype, we could be better choice.

When you make your boards, send them and us your gerber, then you could make an intelligent choice.

Now there are many such PCB shops, some of them tranfer their orders again and again.... several vendors involved for one simple prototypes.
sometimes hard to control quality and lead time issues.

I have my own factories in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, most of time I could guarantee I save lots of time to argue with lots of people
for similar things.

2) can you become part/component dealer as well? i have parts want to buy bulk and cheap from china, but no link or supplier.

Yes, I could buy parts, even second-hand, refurbished, orginal new ones,
some refurbished still could play a role to save money....  but pls check
your project carefully to see what kind of parts fits it to save cost and
ensure reliability. I also have small assembly house in guangzhou, for
cheap parts and tools I send you free with your boards.  because it is
cheap and easy for me to get it for you....

For mass production of low quantity, you could also have a pricing at least
with us.

Indeed I also doubt, lots of vendors from China, fighting desperately for customers.
I have to confess we are perhaps one of them.... But difference is that I will not
cut price below baseline to compete, for which I can not guarantee quality....

Time by time I wonder what we are selling for, low price products? I think not only that.
When customer finished deal with us, I hope we could leave a good impression...
I tried my best for that...

I think everybody here when intending to promote something, its not only a product,
its with your goodwill.
