The Tek 466 is ancient.
The 2215A is an excellent beginner scope
The Philips 3240 is very nice, both traces shown working.
The 3211 is a bit low on bandwidth for the price, the 3240 is a much better buy. No traces show, just X-Y mode.
The Hameg's would be good for the price. Traces shown on one of them.

Out of those I'd pick the 3240 as the best as safest buy, but it maxes out you budget.

I haven't translated the text though.

Dave.

Thanks Dave for fast reply.

quick google translation is here: used 2-channel oscilloscope PM 3240 with 50 MHz bandwidth. Time Delay with very diverse functions, private cubicle.
The housing shells have scratches and impurities of stickers.

The oscilloscope is tested and ready for use.

As an accessory to the original cover with probe PM 9010/201 (10 Mohm / / 16.5 pF, 10:1, 500V max) tested, and the German operation manual and service manual with schematics will be supplied on CD in PDF format.

basicly it has probe and manuals sadly in german so ill have to get one in english via internet, it is also tested and it is working. I will go for that based on your post, thank you again for kindness:)

EEVblog:
Well, it does seem to be the only scope out of the bunch that is tested and working?, and shown with waveform in the photos.
The others sound like they would be more of a gamble.
Nothing worse that buying an untested scope and it has a major problem.
With a probe and the service manual, it sounds like a good deal. Price wise I'm not sure for your country, but if it's within your budget then why not.

Dave.

ElectroElvis:
Hi again to evryone :)

I am back with some questions since i didnt get analog scope so far. I got outbided on Philips and Hameg, few days ago i was also outbided on Gould 4 chanell oscilloscope.

So i was wondering if all prices go 200+ in europe, is it really smart to get analog oscilloscope or just go and buy new digital one like Atten or Rigol for up to 300€ with shipping,(maybe some extra discount if distributer is kind).

example:

1. http://www.ebay.at/itm/SUPER-PREIS-Fluke-2-Kanal-100-MHz-Oszilloskop-PM3065-/230657349052?pt=Wissenschaftliche_Ger%C3%A4te&hash=item35b43fd5bc#ht_4464wt_1163
100MHz Philips-Fluke analog scope 229+ shipping

2. You get Rigol DS1052E 50MHz for approx. 299€ no shipping

3. Atten 60MHz approx 250€ no shipping

4. UNI-T UTD2102CEL 100MHz 290€ no shipping

Lots of others digitals that are brand new under 300€
