Selling a 70 Mhz temperature-compensated voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (TCVCXO) module which I bought with a batch of other misc. electronic scrap and don't have a use for. Output coax connector looks like maybe SMB, but not 100% sure.
Originally in a shielded can, but I removed the top lid (see photos) for reverse-engineering. Given a +12V supply and a high "enable" pin, it puts out 70 Mhz on the output connector. I don't have a spectrum analyzer or power meter to be able to tell you the phase noise or the output power level, but it put out >1.6Vpp for me into a high-Z 10x scope probe. Draws 6 mA when disabled, and 12 mA (~140 mW) when enabled. There's a "tuning" pin, which adjusts frequency from 70.00 Mhz @ 0V tune to 69.94 Mhz (-0.1% or 1000 ppm) @ 12V tune.
