$500 and another $100 for shipping for an untested meter?   :-DD :-DD :-DD

If you can time time to make a video of it, then you have the time to test it.  A meter is also a simple device to use and/or test so there's no excuse for not testing one..

The sales cost of ebay is 15% to 20% of the total price plus freight. Maybe you have a better trading platform?

I don't care what E-bay's sale fees are; $600 for an unknown condition meter is an absurd price!

Especially for one who's accuracy is +/- 3%!!!!   Someone can buy a known working HP 34401 or other high quality, high accuracy meter that is well documented and is repairable for far less money.

If you don't want to pay E-bay's fees then there are plenty of places where you could list it for free. Including in the sales section of this forum.

That's a bad comparison. This unit is clearly optimized for high resistances and higher voltages. What's the 34401A uncertainty for 1 GOhm or 1 TOhm resistors? How accurately can the 34401A determine the voltage coefficient of a resistor from 5V to 100V? It would make more sense to compare it to other Teraohm meters like the older Guidline 9520 or more modern meters (HP/Agilent/Keysight made a bunch).
