Signal generator 250KHz - 3GHz with its own LF generator up to 50KHz, FM, AM and phase modulation, frequency and level sweep. The exact data can easily be found on the internet.
I am selling the device because I want to downsize my measurement laboratory, especially in the high-frequency range; see also my other ads.
The device was used as a second generator and was therefore only used occasionally. Accordingly, it is in good condition, with a bright, high-contrast display and few barely visible signs of wear. The device works perfectly; I am not aware of any defects.
However, it has not been calibrated for several years. A random check with a fairly accurate powermeter (NRVD with Z51 from R&S) at the frequencies 250KHz, 1.5 and 3 GHz at 0 dBm shows good accuracy well within the specification (+- 0.5 dB), see pictures. The last 4 pictures show that the level attenuator works very precisely when measured at 1.5 GHz.
