This IC is used in the fan motor control board of the Tek 2465.

There are lots on eBay, under the Tek part number, MPQ3724, or MPQ3725.  Arrow seems to have 10 MPQ3725 left as well (although the photo is wrong, so that's confusing).

Or, mount 4 TO92 transistors on a DIP header.  They aren't matched or anything.
