Offered here is a Wavetek 4912 DC Standard. This has the usual 10V, and 10V buffered output, 1V, and 1.018V outputs.
This standard is fully functional, and appears stable, but it is missing the battery sub assembly. It was acquired by me with that missing. I have replaced all the electrolytic capacitors, and had intended to fabricate some sort of battery assembly, but never got it done.
There are any number of ways a battery system might be fabricated, and since this is a single "cell" standard, it is much simpler that the four cell model.

The Wavetek standards are nice because they don't have massive oven affair in the Fluke 732A, and they come to temp quickly. This is fully usable without batteries.
