Not to bash your sell, but to be sure its an genuine one,  you have copper paint treatment near the screws and the internal case parts ...  seeing him like this  doesn't tell me it's a genuine adapter ??

Is the serial number validated  or its in the ''cloned'' ranges ??

It is always best to show a picture around the screw handle, to make sure it is not a fake.
Even if the serial number passes the keysight test, it is not guaranteed to be real.

One can see right away the copper covering, like in the following picture.
