I have a stash of equipment that I got from my previous employer when they went out of business (as part of a severance package), but now has come the time for me to sell them on to a better home. I have the following equipment (prices in USD):

They have all been kept in an ESD-safe clean lab. Most of the equipment has received very little use - the most was the 4200 with 2hrs per week. Most come with a complete set of accessories - just ask and I'll post! If you want to break down the PXI kit, also let me know.
I have photos of all of these available if you want them (should I already post them here? - there's a LOT), along with serial numbers if you wish. I can perform basic live tests of any of these if you want, just let me know.
I'm willing to entertain all reasonable offers for these, just ask.
These are all located in Osaka, Japan and I'm able to ship them via your courier or DHL to most places, though please note that the 4200-SCS is *heavy*!

Sadly those prices are more oriented for company and business people not hobbyists, and companies are buying stuff not from forums.
I know a few here that are running a business and buying used stuff, but they are a special case.
I wish you will sell all of them soon, they are so nice devices!!!

I have a business and still these prices are far too high to even entertain such a buy. Even 50% lower would still be too high for most hobbyists but then we reach a level for business buyers.
For instance:
Keithley 6517b Electrometer - US$8,000

This $8,000 was about the new list price level a few years ago before Keithley increased their prices to unreasonable levels. I bought a "like new" 6517B in original box with all accessories for under Euro 3000
The only reason, why some people / companies are spending so much on used equipment these days is the supply problem. And because of this, there is a good possibility that the OP will get these instruments sold for the listed prices.
BTW, that was a nice severance package.

Hi! Yes, I understand, and somewhat agree. These are the prices I would "like" to sell them at, but I am more than willing to lower prices for people that are interested in them. I'll dig a little more and revise the prices, because I do want these instruments used by people that will appreciate them.

Sure! The larger ones are the micrometer XYZ stages and the smaller ones are just XYZ stages.
I have 4 of the larger one, 2x Right-Handed, and 2x Left-Handed, and for the smaller, 6x of the smaller, also 3+3 Right/Left.

What options / accessories come with the instrument?
It comes with the 16047E Test fixture and its angle brackets. On screen it lists as its options: 200,001,710,710:
- 200 - Rdc measurements
- 001 - DC Bias Enhancement
- 710 - No Interface (a cover for an option) ;D
That instrument has been powered on 211 times for a total of 928 hours. Below are some photos.
