I have a Metcal QX2 for sale. The Metcal QX2 Convection Rework System is designed to remove or to re-attach SMT components from a PCB safely and easily. To reflow the solder joints, the QX2 uses carefully controlled focused hot air. The QX2 includes a semi-automatic vacuum pick-up system that can be used to lift reflowed components from the board. For precise process control, the QX2 displays the temperature and time for all operations.

Included:
# Metcal QX2-P-21
# optional pre-heater (non functional, the 3.15A fuse is blown)
# optional Board/PCB Holder
# Nozzle Quad NZ-Q11 (14x14mm for 11x11mm IC (for PLCC 20 for instance)
# 6mm diameter vacuum suction cup

This QX2 model is very high quality with many parts made of cast iron (in addition to stainless steel, aluminium...)

Metcal QX2/Nozzle/suction cup:
It's partially tested & seem fully fonctional. I say partly because I don't currently have a PCB with large enough IC (check the second picture where you see the 6mm vacuum suction cup is too large for my IC) to make a successful removal of a PCB. I tested it on a large metal plate in removal mode & it worked fine(temp rising both on the LCD & by sensing hot air, suction holding...).

Looking for about 90£ for QX2 station or 150£ for the full bundle (shipping within UK should be 10£ wiith Evri, I can also post from EU) which, if you look on the web, you will find it is priced cheap. The reason is that I want to sell quickly & also I cannot test it fully. Any question please ask

eBay link for those who might prefer through Ebay and also added photos& video : https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/144840602993
