Offered here is an Arbiter Systems model 1040C Panel Meter Calibrator. This portable instrument provides AC and DC voltage, current, frequency, phase, power factor, reactive power, and synchroscope functions.
Housed in a rugged, sealed, transport case.

This instrument has cal tag from 2020, and tests in spec.

Note that there is one damaged receptacle flip cover, please see the picture. It is attached, but doesn't close tightly.
