This could make a great colour astro sensor.

I captured test images in bayer RG16 (native) under FPA illumination by R G B LEDs respectively then did dark under bayer and RGB, can provide to give indication of sensor functionality.

From a project I disassembled.
Retails ~$1400 AUD.
