Have the Agilent DSO-X 2002A oscilloscope for sale.
I'm selling this because it stopped working one day to another, arrogant-ass Keysight refuses to service individual costumers like me, and only services business. What a step-down from the company that tried to capture the hobbyist market and even had accounts on this forum replying to users! (see e-mail screencap)
It must be NAND flash corruption, it stopped working in one day to another, some people in this forum already figured out ways to repair this scope, but I don't know nothing about repairing these things, so I think it's better to sell it as it is than try and break. See first image to check what happens when powered on.
Some people in this forum already figured out how to hack this scope to get more features.
Other than that, it only has a knob that needs repair, the didn't fell or anything, it was just a roll of 3D printer filament that fell on that knob. and broke.
Might be useful too if you work at a company that has this equipment and you want to send for repair.

It has the WAVEGEN license installed, but because of the problem, I can't show you it working, or how to install it again if a new flash is flashed, but since the licenses should be tied to the serial number, it might have a way with Keysight.
Asking price: 250€ without probes, 255€ with probes.

I thought most of that was about unlocking features rather than fixing NAND corruption. I thought if the unit fails to boot it needs actual repair by Keysight?

I never explored the topic in depth.
The profile of the buyer of this is someone who has the means or the knowledge to repair this machine. Which is not me (therefore why I am losing money with this).
