Times are a little rough right now and I need to off-load some of my test equipment that has been sitting around collecting dust.  Many of which are in need of repair.  I would like to find a new loving home for these.  Everything is sold 'as is' and buyer pays shipping.  I accept PayPal.

I've included some links to pictures of the actual pieces of equipment for sale and to show how they are currently performing.

  • Cambridge 510 Micro Ohm Meter - Needs Repair - $75 + Shipping   SOLD
This meter comes a set of test clips.  The meter has an issue with the DC Zero trim pot.  It reaches the end of its turns and still is at roughly -1.6 mOhm.  Most of the ranges don't work very well and seems to have some linearity issues.

  • HP 3325A Synthesizer - Needs Repair - $150 $130 + Shipping
This generator is in need of repair.  When first powering the meter on, it displays "A – CAL FAIL".  The Sine wave function has got some issues.   The set amplitude while on the Sine function appears to only source a DC offset.  On the Square wave function, the amplitude appears to be correct.  While measuring the frequency on a handheld DMM, from 10 Hz to 100 kHz, the frequencies all displayed are spot on.  While looking at the output on a scope, you can see the Square and Sawtooth waves have got some issues, but the underlying synthesis is there.  I imagine there is some amplitude control circuitry that will need to be repaired.

  • HP 5328A Universal Counter with Options 010 and 021 - Needs Repair - $50 $40 $35 + Shipping  SOLD
The unit's ON LED lights up but fails to power up.
https://xdevs.com/cm/For_Sale/HP_5328A_Counter/

  • HP 6002A PSU - Needs Repair - $50 + Shipping  SOLD

This power supply is missing the On/Off power switch.  When first checking this unit out the voltage source appeared to be working fine, but when the over voltage pot was messed with, it quit working altogether.

  • HP 6112A PSU - Needs Repair - $50 $40 $35 + Shipping
This unit's voltage controls do not work porperly.  The output meter does, however, display the correct voltage and current being sourced by the power supply.  The current knob limit knob does work in altering the voltage/current output.

  • HP 8111A Pulse/Function Generator - Needs Repair - $75 $65 $55 + Shipping
This unit has a DC Offset to its output and the amplitudes are not correct.  The amplitudes of the waveforms seem to be attenuated by a decent amount.  The waveforms are in good form until you reach close to 1 MHz and above that they turn to crap.  The sourced frequency setpoint is pretty good.

  • LeCroy LC584AL 1 GHz Oscilloscope and LeCroy AP020 1 GHz Active Probe - Needs Repair - $550 $500 $450 + Shipping
This appears to power up, but the display does not show anything.  The internal fan can be heard while the unit is powered on.  This oscilloscope comes with a LeCroy AP020 1 GHz active probe that is in working condition.

  • Tektronix 2211 Oscilloscope - Needs Repair - $50 + Shipping SOLD
This unit powers up but fails to display anything but a block of light.  The block on the display can be moved around with the vertical and horizontal positioning controls.

  • Fluke 189 Handheld DMM - Needs Repair - $100 $90 $80 + Shipping  SOLD
This unit is in need of some repair.  The display flashes and the ranges go crazy.  The UCAL indicator is also lit.  This meter comes with fuses!!!  $15 value right there :P
https://xdevs.com/cm/For_Sale/Fluke_189_Handheld_DMM/

  • Fluke 8840A Benchtop DMM - Mostly Functional - $100 $90 $80 + Shipping
This unit performs well on DCV, DCI, and Resistance.  The ACV Function is flaky.  It can measure a Square wave well, but has troubles with a sine wave.

  • Instrulab 4221 Precision Thermometer - Fully Functional - $300 $275 + Shipping
This unit measures resistance very well and has the GPIB option installed.  It measures a resistance range of 0 Ohms to 110 Ohms.
https://xdevs.com/cm/For_Sale/Instrulab_4221_Precision_Thermometer/

  • YSI 8163Q - Standard Platinum Resistance Thermometer Probe - Functional - $300 $275 + Shipping
This is a 25 Ohm SPRT Probe and is in nice condition.  The Instrulab 4221 Precision Thermometer pairs greatly with this probe.  The probe comes with the original wooden travel case

  • Keysight 11059 Kelvin Probe Set - Fully Functional - $100 + Shipping   SOLD
These probes are in great condition and work well.  They've just been sitting around and gone unused.  Unfortunately it's time they go to a home where they might get some use.

  • Keithley 181 Nanovolt Meter - Fully Functional - $500 $450 + Shipping  SOLD
This was the Nanovolt meter used in my Home Voltage Array for comparing voltage references against each other, until I upgraded to a HPAK 34420A.  This meter performs very well and comes with the Keithley 1488 Shorting plug, as well as a home-made cable set complete with bare copper spades (for the most sensitive measurements).

  • Sugon 850 SMD Rework Station (220V Variant) - New In Box - $70 $65 + Shipping
This was purchased by accident and has sat unopened.  It's time it goes to a home where it can be utilized.
https://xdevs.com/cm/For_Sale/Sugon_850_SMD_Rework_Station/

  • Xantrex HPD 30-10 DC Power Supply - Mostly Functional - $100 $90 $80 + Shipping
This Power supply works pretty well but it intermittently has issues with the output fluctuating.
https://xdevs.com/cm/For_Sale/Xantrex_HPD_30-10_PSU/

  • HP 6634A DC Power Supply - Mostly Functional - $100 $90 $80 + Shipping
This Power mostly works except for the VSET functionality.  With an open or close to no load, and not current limited, it sits at roughly 50 Volts.  Also while in CV mode, the output on/off button doesn't seem to work.  When the PSU is in CC mode, everything works as it should.  ISET works well and the output can be turned on/off.  The display accuracy of the psu is pretty spot on.

  • Sorensen DCR 300-1.5B DC Power Supply - Mostly Functional - $100 $90 $80 + Shipping
This Power is HEAVY mostly works.  The needle displays are close to the actual output and work well.  Current and Voltage controls work fairly well, but there is an intermittent issue with the voltage control that causes the output to spike up to 300V and then slowly decay back down to the set point.

Updated with a few more pieces of equipment for sale.

There doesn't seem to be much traction on a lot of this stuff, so I will probably end up throwing most of this on ebay within a week or 2 if it doesn't get sold here first.
