THE MAIN VOLTAGE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED, RIGHT NOW THEY ARE AT 110VAC! HOLY SMOKE ALERT!

Easy as pie, by the way. One blade connector has to be moved, two switched need to be reset. Instructions on the silkscreen on the PCB ;)

Yes very easy, here the manual:

https://dudleylab.com/Power%20Supply%20HP%20Agilent%206033A%20Manual.pdf

Pag 24. I will now convert them to 220VAC and test them to confirm my memory did not trick me.

Service Manual is here:

Gentleman,

I now set the mail voltage to 240V (my mains are at 230VAC), the only thing is missing now is the 4A main fuse (was 8A in the 110V configuration).

2x6038A:

Both units the same problem: only the fan spins, the front panel does not startup.

6033A :

Surprise surprise, this sucker works.
CV Mode
@20V I measured 21,02V with my 34461A
@10V I measured 10,496V with my 34461A
CC Mode
@1A I measured 1,001A with my BK8500 DC Load
@2A I measured 2,008A with my BK8500 DC Load
@10A I measured 10,020A with my BK8500 DC Load
@20A I measured 20,079A with my BK8500 DC Load

I did not tested the GPIB here, but the rest was working. I think it needs some calibration.

PS: I miss when plastic was not used for the case, when I see some 2mm aluminium sheet and lots of screws for the case, it makes me happy.
